7.0 document properties gone when in 4.0 because 7.0 has more properties.
Cause:
PowerPoint 7.0's extended set of document properties, that are not found in PowerPoint 4.0, are lost when the 7.0 file is saved in 4.0 format.
Solution:
Either do not save the file in 4.0, or do not use 5.0 document properties.
Do one of the following so that document properties will not be lost:
1) Do NOT save a PowerPoint 7.0 file that contains document properties from the extended set in PowerPoint 4.0 format.
2) Do NOT use PowerPoint 7.0's document properties from the extended set .
